Welcome to MatchWithRealtor.ca (the “Website” or “Service”), operated by Indeed Solid Software Inc., a Canadian federal corporation registered in Ontario (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

MatchWithRealtor.ca is a lead-generation and matching service. We connect individuals interested in buying, selling, or investing in real estate with licensed real estate professionals across Ontario and Canada.

We do not provide legal, financial, or real estate brokerage services ourselves. All real estate services are provided solely by licensed third-party real estate professionals (“Agents”).

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  • If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  • By using the Service, you represent you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in Ontario and your jurisdiction of residence.

 

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

  • Use the Service to spam, solicit, or send unsolicited communications.

  • Copy, scrape, or misuse content or data from the Website.

  • Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Website.

  • Use the Service to violate Canadian law, including but not limited to PIPEDA, CASL (anti-spam), or the Competition Act.

 

4. Nature of the Service

  • We are not a real estate brokerage and we are not licensed to trade in real estate.

  • All real estate transactions are conducted directly between you and the Agent(s) you choose to work with.

  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome, property availability, or transaction result.

  • We may receive compensation (such as a referral fee) from real estate professionals when we connect you with them.

 

5. Agents and Third Parties

  • Agents listed or connected through the Service are independent professionals licensed under the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) or the applicable provincial regulator.

  • We do not control, endorse, or warrant the quality, legality, or accuracy of services provided by Agents.

  • You agree that any engagement with an Agent is strictly between you and that Agent. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from such engagements.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and software on MatchWithRealtor.ca are owned or licensed by Indeed Solid Software Inc.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

 

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy [see below], which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Website and Service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • Indeed Solid Software Inc. is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or representations of third-party Agents or services.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities.

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed CAD $100, regardless of cause.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indeed Solid Software Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with Agents.

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, located in Toronto, Ontario.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the current version. By continuing to use the Website after changes, you accept the revised Terms.
